1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
  • The item must not be marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Return must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We will provide you with the return address based on your location.
  3. Currently, we do not provide return labels. Please arrange your own return shipping and share the tracking number with us.
  4. Pack your items securely and ship to the provided address.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a ShopZoneMart error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the shipping cost.
  • If it’s due to a personal reason (e.g. changed mind), return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

🚫 Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny refunds if items do not meet the return conditions.


3. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact us ASAP at [email protected] before the order is shipped.

  • Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is being processed.
  • If already shipped, please wait to receive the order and request a return.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a return and place a new order separately.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Email [email protected] with a description and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared within 10 business days:

  • First, check with your bank or payment provider.
  • If still unresolved, contact us at [email protected].

7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

8. International Orders

For international returns:

  • You are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties.
  • Ensure all items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
